Delegate Mark Cole (R-88, Fredericksburg), chairman of the House Privileges and Elections Committee, has agreed to an interview with us. We will submit questions to him and he will return them within 24 hours for our posting. Delegate Cole moved into the House leadership this year when he became chairman of "P&E." He had a prominent role in investigating now former William and Mary President Gene Nichol's lack of leadership at the nearly 400 year-old college. Among other things during his tenure, Mr. Nichol tried to remove an historic cross from William and Mary's Wrenn Chapel and welcomed (twice) a "sex-industry workers show" to the Williamsburg campus. Delegate Cole also serves on two other very important committees: Education and Finance.
So check back for what promises to be a very informative interview.
