Today is primary day, with the Republican Party nominating candidates for the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives in the 7th, 4th, 6th and 11th Congressional districts, and Democrats choosing nominees in the 8th and 4th Congressional districts. Please be sure you exercise your privilege to cast your ballot today! Turnout is likely to be extremely light, so your vote is very important. Polls close at 7:00 and voting is at your normal voting location. After you vote and during the evening as the results come in, we'd love to what you think. How is/was the turnout at your precinct or in your region? Who did you vote for and why? What trends do you think, if any, the voting portends foe the November general election? Tell us your opinion on the results and any predictions you may have for November. The thread is open and the floor is yours.
