Remember this? We may have deja vu all over again. Last month the “Values Bus" tour took Virginia by storm, energizing pro-family voters across our commonwealth — and angering the intolerant Left, who attended the Richmond stop to protest women speakers who dare deviate from its orthodoxy. The Left brands anyone with a different opinion a "hater" though its actions are the only evidence of hate. This week, don't be surprised if leftists again attempt to disrupt another traditional values bus tour. Concerned Women for American is bringing the "She Votes 2012 Bus Tour" to the Old Dominion.
Political pundits are predicting that women, who make up the majority of voters in the U.S., will play a pivotal role in November's election. As we saw with the Family Research Council Action/Heritage Foundation Values Bus Tour last month, the idea of pro-life, pro-family women making their voices heard and rejecting the liberal, radical feminist (and make believe) "war on women" is extraordinarily threatening to the Left. The very idea that a majority of women don't buy into the its radical pro-abortion, big government agenda is so frightening to it that it attempted to shout down speakers at the Richmond stop of the bus tour. (If you haven't seen the video of leftists behaving like, well, leftists, click here.)
That simply says that they fear the voice of reasoned, conservative women who don't buy the Left's values. That's all the more reason for women and men to come out this week for CWA's “She Votes 2012” Bus Tour. CWA is seeking to register and mobilize women voters for this November's election. The tour will be in multiple states this month.
