Liberals, in all their arrogance, like to say conservatives are intellectually bereft and rely on nothing more than bumper sticker slogans in place of substantative policies and ideas. If that's the case, what do liberals have to say about the vacuousness of:

"Change we can believe in"

and

"Yes we can"?

Oh, and by the way: What does a certain U.S. Senator mean by "America becoming the world's beacon again"?

Again? When millions risk life, limb and imprisonment to get here legally and illegally? When countries call America first (and often exclusively) for emergencies and disasters, economic aid, food aid, medicine, technical assistance, diplomatic help and, yes, even for their own national security? It's pretty apparent: America still is the world's beacon and hope. Put it on a sticker.
