Electronic Transfer of Stock Gift to
The Family Foundation

Donating a stock gift to The Family Foundation of Virginia involves three simple steps:

1. Instruct your broker to electronically transfer the stock to our account at Wells Fargo Advisors.

2. Provide your broker with the following TFF account information:
        TFF Brokerage: Wells Fargo Advisors
        Account Name: The Family Foundation
        Account Number: 2715-5726
        DTC Number: 0141

3. Contact Dan Thompson at the TFF office (dan@familyfoundation.org) or phone (804-343-0010) and notify him of the transfer (please include your name, contact information, the name of the stock and the number of shares). It is very important that you notify our office of the transfer.
