President
The president manages all areas of The Family Foundation and works directly with legislators and their staff to aid them in understanding legislation, and sponsoring family friendly bills. She also directs the advocacy and research operations of The Family Foundation. Serves as spokesperson for The Family Foundation in the media.

VP, Policy and Communications
Responsible for the development and implementation of public relations strategies, all aspects of media relations, and oversees the formulation and presention of The Family Foundation public policy positions.

Dan Thompson
VP of Advancement
Responsible for coordinating and conducting fundraising efforts including annual giving, special events, capital campaigns and planned giving programs.

Noreen Borter
Business Manager
Manages the finances of The Family Foundation in a manner of good stewardship. Also responsible for human resources, office management, constituent services, events management and Board of Directors' management.

John Smith
Grassroots Coordinator
Responsible for the coordination and development of The Family Foundation's network of local and regional grassroots chapters. Also assists local grassroots activists and chapter leadership in furthering the mission of The Family Foundation.

Provides assistance to both the government relations and advancement departments, including public policy research and advocacy, donor services and database management.
