Trump Gives Loudoun 10 Days to Comply
A major development just occurred that could help end the dangerous transgender bathroom and locker room policies threatening student safety across Virginia.
On Friday, President Trump’s Department of Education (DOE) gave five Northern Virginia school districts, including Loudoun County, just 10 days to fix their unlawful transgender policies or face enforcement action.
After months of investigation, the DOE found that Loudoun, Fairfax, Prince William, Arlington, and Alexandria City schools violated Title IX by allowing students to use bathrooms and locker rooms based on gender identity rather than biological sex.
This decision comes on the heels of the recent Skrmetti Supreme Court ruling that reaffirmed a simple truth: biological sex matters.
Now, under threat of legal action, the districts must:
Rescind “gender identity” bathroom and locker room policies
Define “male” and “female” based on biology
Restore privacy, dignity, and common sense for all students
This is a huge win, and a direct result of the courage shown by the “Loudoun 3,” three brave students represented by our legal arm, the Founding Freedoms Law Center, who simply questioned why a girl was in the boys changing room.
Step 1 - 10 Days!
Loudoun, Fairfax, Prince William, Arlington, and Alexandria City schools board districts won’t comply unless parents and citizens speak up. If you are a resident of any of these five school districts, write your school board members! Feel free to paste this statement or share your own personal opinion.
“Dear School Board Members,
I’m writing as a concerned resident and taxpayer to urge you to immediately comply with the U.S. Department of Education’s recent directive regarding your district’s bathroom and locker room policies.
The Department’s investigation made it clear: current policies that allow students to access intimate spaces based on gender identity—not biological sex—are in violation of Title IX. These policies have endangered student safety, undermined privacy, and ignored the basic biological distinctions that Title IX was created to protect.
I am calling on you to:
Rescind any policy allowing access to bathrooms and locker rooms based on gender identity
Adopt biology-based definitions of “male” and “female”
Restore dignity, privacy, and common sense to our schools
You now have a narrow window to act before enforcement proceedings begin. Please do what is right—not just legally, but morally—and bring our schools back into compliance with federal law.”
Step 2 - share this with other people!
If you do not live in one of these five school districts, please forward this to any friends of family that you have living in this area. Now is the time to act, now is the time to speak.
This is our moment. Let’s make it count.
