Fill out the form at this link stating the amount of your intended gift, and send it to one of the organizations listed in Step 2 that administer the scholarship tax program.

Write a check for a scholarship program donation to either RenewaNation, Carlisle School, Elijah House Academy, New Covenant Schools, or the McMahon Parater Scholarship Foundation (Catholic schools).

Claim the credit on your state tax return and deduct the amount of your gift on your federal taxes as well!
