Loudoun County school district is under fire yet again for failing to protect student privacy because of its radical transgender policies. This time, the victims are three young boys—just 15-years-old—who were secretly recorded by a girl identifying as a boy in their boys’ locker room.

Will you act now to stand by these boys and their families?

Instead of receiving the protection they deserve, the boys are the ones targeted by their own school district with Title IX sexual harassment charges—after expressing discomfort with having a girl in their private changing area. These charges could follow them the rest of their lives. That’s why our legal team at the Founding Freedoms Law Center is defending ‘the Loudoun Three.’ You can help:

The Founding Freedoms Law Center, our legal arm, is representing these three boys and their families as they fight to clear their names and defend their rights.

“The process is often the punishment,” said Josh Hetzler, legal counsel for the Founding Freedoms Law Center. “The stigmatizing impact of being formally investigated for sexual harassment can really stay with a young person—especially one who’s just starting out in life, trying to go to college, start a career, or enter the military. These things can be very damaging.

The Loudoun County School Board must hear from you now. This is the same school district that made national headlines in 2021 after a biological male sexually assaulted a female student in a girls’ bathroom. And yet, once again, they are failing to protect students. That incident in 2021 sparked a national awakening about what’s happening in our schools. Let this moment do the same. The public must rise up and demand accountability—not just for the boys at at this school, but for every student who deserves safety, privacy, and dignity in their respective locker rooms.

Tell the Loudoun County School Board to protect student privacy, restore single-sex spaces, and stop punishing students for speaking the truth. Encourage others to do the same by sharing familyfoundation.org/protectourboys.
