"Because the right to “fertility care” includes sterilization procedures and is not just given to adults, children will have a right to gender transitions without adult interference.

Eliminates the state’s ability to penalize or regulate individuals aiding “reproductive freedom,” potentially reducing oversight, accountability and liability for harm done to the woman.

Infants born alive after an abortion attempt would not be clearly guaranteed reasonable, life-saving care

Long-standing safety regulations designed to protect women’s health could be challenged and struck down.

Abortion could be permitted up to the moment of birth even for mental health reasons. The current requirement that multiple physicians to agree that’s irreparable harm to a woman’s health if she proceeds with her pregnancy will be eliminated

Under 50 years of Roe, the view of life decayed among Americans. Under this amendment, the respect of life will only worsen among Virginians. If we don’t value life at its earliest stages, we won’t value it at end of life.

With fewer safeguards, Virginia will see significantincreases in abortion volume beyond the over 38,000 abortions already happening annually, especially as it seeks to make our Commonwealth a regional hub for abortion.
